Your dynamic content will be inserted here and if you do not need the sidebar now you will have to create a custom template and assign it to this page not to show the sidebar etc.
You can replicate wordpress templates by just creating a new page in wordpress and save it, then goto the page front end and you will see the default template automatically applied.
